Phase III- Final inspection (when construction is complete)
Client’s will receive a report for each phase.
Warranty Inspection
Warranty inspections are performed prior to the end of the one year warranty builders offer buyers of new construction properties. The inspector performs a full residential inspection. Private Sewage Disposal Systems & Private Water Wells
Visual inspection of the private sewage disposal system and/or private water well systems will be perfomed to meet TREC standards of practice at the same time as the residential inspection. Performance Inspections does not perform coliform bacteria tests.
